When you set up your profile, nYOOTRI — our AI meal planner — uses your diet type, health goal, cuisine preferences and a few other inputs to build a 7-day plan that fits you. Not a template, not a generic weekly menu. Something built around how you actually eat.
nYOOTRI asks six things before generating a plan: the cuisines you love, your goal, your family setup, your dietary needs, any allergies, and what kitchen tools you have. Each answer narrows the plan differently. Cuisines filter the dish pool. Goals set the calorie target. Dietary needs exclude whole categories. Kitchen tools mean you only see dishes you can actually make.
Your calorie target is calculated from your goal — weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain — and distributed across meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks each get a budget. The dishes chosen for each slot fit within it, so the day adds up without you counting anything.
There are three plan types. Individual is your own personal week. Family handles different members with different dietary needs in one cohesive plan — a vegetarian member and a non-vegetarian member get appropriate dishes without you building two separate plans. Event is built for gatherings and parties.
Once the plan is generated, it’s yours to adjust. Swap a dish you don’t fancy, skip a meal, or add an extra if you’re hungrier than usual. The plan adapts — it doesn’t start over.
