Who I am

Built to know the food you actually eat.

Most meal planners were built around a narrow set of cuisines. I wasn’t. I understand thousands of dishes across South Asian, Middle Eastern, Persian, African, British, and European cooking — the full breadth of what people actually cook at home.

When I build your plan, I start with your goals — calorie target, macros, health conditions — then layer in your culture, your dietary preferences, your allergies, and whether you’re feeding one person or a whole household. The plan that comes back looks like yours, not a generic template.

And if the week doesn’t go to plan? That’s fine. I let you swap dishes, skip meals, add extras, or refresh a slot. The plan bends around real life — it doesn’t break.
